Evaluation and Reflection:

Use the end of the afternoon to reflect on the day and add all your writing to your Workflow.

Here are some questions that can help you with your reflective writing:

-How does your theme interact with the body?

My theme can be worn in the form of a wrap around the neck and body.

-How did the objects you looked at today relate to the body?

The museum piece I saw today was carved out of paper and it looked like a snowflake, a coral, a forest, the inside of the human body was as fragile and beautiful as a coral colony, but at the same time it was strong and full of life.

-What materials were used and why do you think those materials were

chosen?

The work I saw was made of paper, but I wanted to express it in the form of gauze, and the haziness of the gauze was how I felt about the work.

Paper or other materials will be the embellishment of my work.

-Would you want to use the same materials for your own design?

I don't intend to use exactly the same materials to make my work, I want to use different imagery to express my feelings.

-How will your design differ from the research you have done today?

My designs started out more acutely, more like wilted plants in their physical expression, but because of the inspiration I got from the museum pieces, I intended to go in the opposite direction, from the vibrancy that the plants and coral gave me and the softness of the snow.

-What techniques would you like to use, and why?

I wanted to use a white tulle mesh and a transparent material to match each other.

The details will be decorated with other materials, using white and transparent tones to express the vibrancy. It is also an expression of the destruction of the coral's habitat as a result of global warming, and the way in which the coral is still vibrant when it turns white.

-Who would you like to design for? Who should be the wearer and why

would they want to wear your piece?

It is designed for people, regardless of gender, and everyone can be the wearer. My work takes the image of nature, and everyone in the world can be the wearer, regardless of age or gender.
